Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently support the following payment methods:​

  • Visa (credit/debit card)

How can I cancel or amend my order?

Please contact us as soon as you place an order you wish to amend/cancel. Whilst we will always attempt to amend your order for you and prevent despatch of the products, this may not be possible due to the speed in which orders are processed.

Why was my order cancelled?

Your order may have been cancelled for a number of reasons related to stock availability, payment or delivery address. If your order is cancelled, the appropriate amount of money will be refunded to you. Refunds are completed within 14 days, but this may vary depending on your bank provider.

What are your delivery options?

Standard orders will be delivered by Royal Mail Signed For.

  • Standard Delivery: £3.99 (3-5 working days)

Please note, sometimes there are a high volume of orders which may affect delivery time.

  • International Delivery: £11.99

We offer delivery to United States, Canada and Australia etc. Please allow 7-10 working days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is despatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Can I return my order?

At Glacier London, all orders are checked before despatched however, if items are damaged in transit please contact us immediately for a solution.

Please keep the original packaging as you will be asked to return the damaged goods. If you do not contact us within 7 days of receiving the faulty item, otherwise a refund will not be offered.
